Shipping & Returns

Shipping/ Freight/ Postage

Zuma offers freight shipping for bulk products (Motorcycles, Quadbikes, GoKarts and Buggies) within Australia. Spare parts of any type can be shipped to almost anywhere worldwide.

When you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your unassembled items in carton and the shipping options you choose. Until the automated quoting system is fully in place your orders will be individually quoted on a  case by case basis. Zuma utilises several freight companies and freight methods in Australia, the most commonly used are TNT, TOLL Express, Star Track & NQX, Fastway Couriers, Clipper parcel, and PACE logistics as well as Australia Post standard delivery and Express Post.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next kilogram and are calculated on actual weight or cubic weight - whichever is larger.

All goods are sent new and undamaged and are packed and labelled in the best way possible to avoid damage or loss. Zuma is not liable for damage or loss of any goods once they leave Zuma and cannot be held responsible for said damage or loss.

For bulk items all good are despatched with a tracking number which can be provided to the buyer on request. All bulk items can be tracked online with the respective freight companies.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the delivery address given is attended Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm as couriers to not specify delivery dates and times on individual items, all delivery times are estimates offered by the freight companies.

All good MUST be inspected by the receiver BEFORE signing any documentation by the courier or freight company delivery person. Any goods observed as being damaged or suspected of being damage should either be rejected OR being accepted only after lodging a damage report with the delivery person or by noting 'subject to check' on the delivery documentation (consignment note). If the receiver is unsure they should choose to always note 'subject to check' as a precaution.

If goods are signed for as 'in good condition' but are subsequently found to be damaged no claim can be made against the freight or courier companies for compensation of damage costs. Zuma is not liable for damage caused to goods by freight or courier companies.
