WARRANTY

Your ZUMA Cooler Evaporative Air-cooler is covered by a 2-year warranty against poor workmanship and defective parts.

The repair will be determined by the agent depending on the situation, and either the unit will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the importer but only when the unit has not failed due to neglect or inappropriate use and care.

To maintain your warranty throughout the 2-year period

It is important that the cleaning and winterizing procedures are adhered to so as not to allow mildew formation when not in use over the winter months or extended periods of lack of use during summer.

Only clean tap or rain tank water can be used, not dam or bore water that has a high mineral content as this would irreparably damage the pump and filter pads beyond repair.

The warranty will be voided under the following conditions

Any part that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper or inadequate maintenance, or improper storage.

• Repair rendered necessary or arising from the use of other than genuine ZUMA parts.

• Deterioration of any item due to normal use, fair wear and exposure unless due to a defect in material or workmanship.

• Any work or adjustment performed by persons other than authorised ZUMA dealers or Licensed repairers damage resulting therefrom.

• Any damage that results from operating methods other than those indicated in the owner's manual, or use beyond the limitations or specifications as published by ZUMA.

This warranty is voided if any product is modified from the original specifications.
